By accessing and using Tonhook (the "Service") operated by exploraton.store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Tonhook is a cryptocurrency webhook notification service that:

  • Receives webhook notifications from trading platforms and tools
  • Processes and formats trading signals and alerts
  • Delivers notifications to your configured Telegram chats or channels
  • Provides dashboard analytics and webhook management tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation
  • You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
3.2 Account Responsibilities
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activities under your account
  • Do not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use
  • Use the service for legitimate cryptocurrency trading notifications
  • Configure reasonable webhook frequencies and message volumes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Activities
  • Spam, abuse, or excessive use that impacts service performance
  • Illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to compromise security
  • Sharing misleading or false trading information
  • Using the service for non-trading related bulk messaging

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Service Plans
  • Demo Access: 1-day trial for new users
  • Paid Subscriptions: Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans available
  • EXTON Token Holders: Free access for holders of 500+ EXTON tokens
5.2 Payment Terms
  • Payments are processed in cryptocurrency only
  • All sales are final - no refunds for completed payments
  • Subscription automatically expires unless renewed
  • EXTON token balance is checked hourly for free access eligibility

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime and Reliability
  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service
  • We are not liable for missed notifications due to service interruptions
6.2 Third-Party Dependencies
  • Service depends on Telegram API and other third-party services
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages
  • Some features may be affected by external service limitations

7. Intellectual Property

  • Tonhook and all related trademarks are our property
  • You retain ownership of your webhook configurations and data
  • You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You
  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
10.2 Termination by Us
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
  • EXTON token holders lose access if balance drops below 500 tokens

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
